L. Dan MILICI, professor Ph.D., engineer, inventor, vice dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Suceava, Romania. PhD coordinator in the field of electrical engineering, specialist in metrology, monitoring systems and data acquisition, study of human performance and engineering didactics. He has published 10 books, over 80 scientific works, has 28 inventions, has been a member in research groups of over 16 scientific projects.

It has organized since 2000 non-formal activities for popularizing and introducing young people in the scientific field, competitions, summer schools, workshops about robotics, artificial intelligence, renewable energies, complexity science. Member of the Cygnus Scientific Society - UNESCO Center and initiator of the School on Wheel Program for young people in isolated areas.
